Where is the Antalya Aquarium?

The Antalya Aquarium is located near Konyaaltı Beach, across Dolphin Land and Su Hotel, close to 5M Migros Shopping Mall and Next to Minicty.

 

 Where can I park?

Antalya Aquarium have three of outdoor parking areas. One is for the big vehicles of travel agencies. Two others located at the nort and the south of the facility are for regular usage.

 

 Can I buy tickets in advance?

Yes you can.You just click on the online tickets button and the system wıll help you to make your choices and book an online ticket. Please be inform that an online ticket is valid for 10 days.Youcan book transfer only online ticketing.

 

 Is there a security check point before you get into the Aquarium?

Yes. There are no guns, knives, matches, lighters, fishing poles, outside food, beverage or gum allowed inside the Aquarium.

 

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Yes. There are refunds for purchased tickets.

 

How long does it take to see the entire Aquarium?

It takes  aproxrametly  between 1-2 hours to see the tunnell aquarium’s  sections depending on your interesting and focusing details that charming you.Snow World and Ice Museum visit may take an hour , WildPark (Terrarium House) where you can see snakes, reptiles, spiders, scorpions and much more takes 20 to 30 minutes, Ocean Ride XD Cinema takes 8-10 minutes. If you want to spend a day full of discovery you can plan a full day visit 3 to 5 hours to see, shop and eat in Antalya Aquarium.

 

 

What can I bring into the Aquarium?

There is no outside food, beverage or gum permitted to use in the Aquarium. Also, guns, knives, lighters and matches are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Only guide dogs for the blind, service dogs for people with disabilities and working dogs in training are permitted or a pet wıth ısts specıal cage inside the Aquarium.

 

Can I rent a wheelchair?

There are complimentary wheelchairs available on a first-come first-serve basis. We can not accept wheelchair reservations at this time. Please note that we have handicapped parking available.

 

 

I need to make an adjustment to my tickets/Annual Passes/reservation time.

Please contact our call center at between the hours of 10:00-19:00 to make adjustments to your order. If you are having a difficult time reaching our call center due to our high call volume, please email us with the specifics of your order, including confirmation number, your name and the changes you would like to make. We will make the adjustment as soon as possible and will contact you once the order has been changed.

 

 

I need to cancel my reservation and/or make another one.

We kindly  ask you for emailing us with the details of your canceling reservation. We will respond your mail and refund details as soon as possıble.

 

 

What constitutes a group, and what is the cost of group admission tickets?

A group consists of 25 people or more visiting the Aquarium on the same day at the same time.

If you have an organized group of 25 or more and are visiting at the same time on the same day, you are eligible for our group rate. All group reservations must be made in advance and require pre-payment. To make a group reservation, please contact the Call Center or our group sales office.

 

 

Do you have a video or DVD of the Aquarium?

They are available for purchase in the Antalya Aquarium gift shops.

 

 

What is the schedule for public feedings?

You can call us and ask for it by phone or check our website announcements please.

 

 

Is there a place to eat within the Aquarium?

Yes. There are McDonald’s, Mado Patisserie, Café Artizan  on rooftop  which offers a wide variety of choices for the entire family.

 

 

What type of accessibility does the Antalya Aquarium provide ?

The Antalya Aquarium is committed to providing engaging and interactive experiences for everyone, no matter their ability, so they will have a full aquarium experience.

 

May I take pictures?

Yes. But please consider that the animals at the Aquarium are very sensitive to the lighting conditions in their environment. We kindly ask that you refrain from using a flash when photographing. You are welcome to take photographs and video for your personal use. Please contact Public Relations for written permission to take editorial photography.

Where may I smoke?

You can smoke in open air areas around our facility please.

Are there any upcoming events?

Upcoming events will be anounced in our official website.

Can I have a special event here?

Yes. There are several ideal environments for groups of 50 to 1,000+ guests. If you are interested in learning more about our private event space options, please contact our sales office.

 

Can I have a birthday party here?

Yes. You can learn more about birthday parties and kids’ parties and how to host your next party at the Antalya Aquarium, please contact our sales office.

Can I bring a school group here?

Yes. We offer several exciting educational experiences that are aligned with the Performance Standards and offer a unique look at the Antalya Aquarium. Teachers who  interested in bringing their students to the Antalya Aquarium should contact our sales office.

Is there a store to purchase gifts?

Yes. There is an official gift shop within the Aquarium. You can buy Antalya Aquarium merchandise and souvenirs through our official gift shop, Sea Gift Aquatic Souvenirs.

Is there a private location where I can change/nurse my baby?

If you would like a private location within the Aquarium, you can change/nurse your baby in either the in the restrooms. There is a full baby changing area located in the ladies restroom in rooftop between WildPark and Gelatte Artizan.

 

I’ve lost my child/family member. How do I find them?

Please go to the Information Desk at the Aquarium Entrance. All lost children, family members and friends are informed to the Information Desk. Make sure a staff member will contact Security to assist with the search.

 

I’ve lost an item. Does the Aquarium have a Lost and Found?

In case of you lose an item during your visit,  please report it the Information Desk before you leave . If you discover you’ve left something behind, please contact our front desk in advance by phone.

 

How many exhibits are in the Aquarium?

There are over fourty exhibits within the Aquarium.

How many employees does the Aquarium have?

There are more than120 full-time employees and numerous part-time employees during the high season season between April and November.

Where can I go to follow  if there are any jobs oportunity?

What do you feed the fish? How often are they fed?

The animals at the Antalya Aquarium are fed a diet similar to what they would eat in their natural environment. While the animals are fed regularly according to their eating habits, there is no set feeding schedule. Please call +90 242 245 6565 or contact our Information Desk for further information.

How do you acquire your species?

Some of the fish are purchased,some are acquired through trades with other aquariums and some are born right here in Antalya Aquarium.

 

 

How big is the Aquarium?

Aquarium size can be measured three ways.

If you may measure the facility by square footage, the Antalya Aquarium’s building is 15,000 squaremeters.

If you may measure by the amount of water in all of the exhibits, the Antalya Aquarium contains just more than seven and half million liters of fresh and salt water.

If you may measure our tunnel, we are proudly owning the world’s biggest tunnel aquarium; 131 meters length and 3 meters width… the total surface of underwater tunnel is 395 squaremeters.

How long did it take to build the Aquarium?

It took approximately 260 days to build the fully operational facility.
