Antalya Aquarium Management has taken the necessary measures against the pandemic threat, with the goal of "zero tolerance", for the protection of employees, visitors and public health, taking into account national and international regulations.

-Pandemic Prevention Guide (Includes ways to protect employees against Covid-19 and reduce the risk of transmission),
-Pandemic Office Environment Working Rules Procedure (Contains the rules to be followed in order to protect office workers against pandemics and reduce the risk of contamination in the business area),
-Pandemic Emergency and Security Procedure (Includes the ways to be followed and the security measures to be taken in case of cases of Covid-19 (Coronavirus) and/or suspected cases at the business site),
-Pandemic Waste Management Procedure (Includes methods of disposal of pandemic wastes generated at the operation site),
prepared.

Precautions Taken UnderVisitor Health and Safety Include the Following;
- In the measures, the Aquarium guest flow process has been taken into account.
- The areas and processes where visitors will come together are planned to prevent contamination risks
- In order to prevent the risk of contamination in contact areas, all related businesses have been warned and supervised to take the necessary precautions in their own operating areas.
- The temperature of the visitors coming to the aquarium is measured with a contactless thermometer at the security entrance points and with a thermal camera in the aquarium ticketing area. Visitors whose fever is above the determined limits are not admitted to the facility and are directed to the nearest Health Institution. Even if the temperature measurement is normal, dry cough, weakness, difficulty in breathing, etc. Visitors or personnel showing other symptoms are not allowed to enter the facility.
- Cleaning and disinfection processes have been tightened.
- Visitors are required to wear masks, and access to masks is provided in case they are not available. Unmasked persons are not allowed to enter the Aquarium and other establishments
- Visual information regarding the rules applied/to be followed and social distances are provided in places where guests and staff can easily see them throughout the facility. Social distance markings have been made wherever queues may occur, and touch screens in the Gezi area have been disabled. Guests are warned about hygiene, distance and mask with a general announcement system.
- Antalya Aquarium has made its plans to accept guests at a specified capacity.
- Standed disinfectants/spray disinfectants are installed at many points of the facility for guests' use.
- It is arranged in such a way that there is a minimum distance of 1.5 m between the tables in the eating and drinking areas.
- Contactless card systems have been established at payment points.
- After each customer, tables and seats used in food and beverage outlets are disinfected
- Measures that reduce additional hygiene and contact and maintain social distance in places of worship have been taken.
- Information monitors and other monitors in travel areas, web pages, social media accounts, various visuals in visiting and working places are used to provide information. In addition, awareness is increased with voice announcements.
- Regulations have been made to prevent the products from being touched, and measures have been taken to reduce contact.
